Nigel Paine was head of the BBC’s Learning and Development operation and left to start his own business in Australia. Last night I listened to him discuss his book – The Learning Challenge: Dealing with Technology, Innovation and Change in Learning and Development. I always find these talks quite motivating – also recently listened to Elliot Masie at his talk in Auckland. So now I just need the time to read yet another signed book!
